What is a Brain Boot?
It is the upcoming collection by NFT artist Law Degree – a locally based artist who has collaborated with Kanye West, Louis Vuitton as well as various music artists and athletes.
The Brain Boot NFT collection is unique in the sense that it is tied to a physical shoe. Upon purchasing a Brain Boot NFT, the purchaser then has the option to burn the token to redeem a physical version of the shoes.
What we did:
We were tasked with creating a curated collection of animations based on the Brain Boot, ranging from artistic interpretations of it’s form to physics based simulations that affect it in interesting and dynamic ways.
In collaboration with Law Degree we brainstormed numerous ideas of how we can augment, break or transform the shoe then narrowed it down to 16.
While maintaining consistent composition and lighting for each piece, we worked on crafting each animation to stand as singular art piece.
