Working in collaboration with Leo Burnett, we were tasked with producing a lead commercial and campaign assets that spoke directly to aspiring homeowners in a clear, relatable and human message.

A flagship commercial was produced, backed by a full asset suite.

We produced the hero campaign commercial and a cohesive rollout of assets for digital, press, and out-of-home.

The creative struck a balance between clarity and aspiration – helping thousands of Victorians see themselves in the property market for the first time.

And the impact was real:

  • Over 15,400 Victorians have now purchased a home through the fund

  • Two-thirds of participants were first-home buyers, mostly aged 25-44

  • The fund’s extension is expected to support up to 18,000 homebuyers in total

The campaign drove visibility, confidence, and action – contributing to a measurable spike in awareness and uptake across the state.
